Materials pre-printed using a variety of roll printing technologies may be rotary die cut, perforated, laminated and even digitally imprinted using the servo driven technology of the DieMaster RR high speed rotary diecutter.

Servo-driven re-registration module with a 40" diameter unwind, electronic sensor and user-friendly touch-screen control panel. Pneumatically inflatable 3" Diameter unwind, reversable dual-rewind and waste wind up spindles. Interchangable slitting station module with choice of rotary shear or razor cutting (pneumatic crush- optional) Two fully supprted and dual side-framed die stations, complete with fully hardened anvil rolls and die blocks. Ultra-sonic web guide for converting both clear and opaque materials. Programmable incremental counter. Heavy-duty 5 hp AC variable speed motor with two 1 hp DC clutchless motor drives. DieMaster Series High-Speed Rotary Die Cutter	High speed rotary die cutting and converting The diemaster high speed rotary diecutter allows you to be more profitable when converting unprinted labels, tags and specialty materials, ranging from thin unsupported films to thick gasketing materials. The high speed easy to use system will allow you to rotary diecut materials into finished rolls at speeds of up to 500fpm. Converting and finishing in a single pass reduces set-up and converting time and avoids consuming expensive printing press time.
